These terms apply when you use the Crunch for a Cause website or place an order through the online store. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms.

About Crunch for a Cause

Crunch for a Cause is a fundraising store selling speciality rusks to help support Serita through her treatment journey. Purchases are product orders; a separate BackaBuddy contribution is a donation handled under the terms of that platform.

Products, ingredients and allergens

Product photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Because the products are food items, please read the product description and allergen information before ordering. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about ingredients or allergens.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise. An order is subject to product availability and acceptance. We may contact you if an item becomes unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing or catalogue error, or if additional information is needed to fulfil the order.

Payment

Orders must be paid using one of the payment methods presented at checkout. Where EFT is selected, please use the requested order reference. An order may be held until payment has cleared.

Delivery and PUDO collection

Standard online orders are offered through the delivery or PUDO locker options available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, location and events outside our reasonable control. The customer is responsible for supplying accurate contact and delivery information and for collecting a PUDO parcel within the collection period communicated by the courier.

Bulk orders

Large orders may require more than one parcel or a different delivery arrangement. If the website cannot calculate a suitable delivery option, please contact us before completing payment so that we can confirm the most practical and affordable delivery arrangement.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Because rusks are food products, returns for change of mind may be restricted once goods have been dispatched or opened. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer law where goods are defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or otherwise not as agreed.

Website use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crunch for a Cause is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delays caused by third-party services outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
